Stainless Steel Front Brake Hose Kit

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

When converting your NC30 to use Fireblade or SP1/2 callipers it is a good time to replace your brake hoses.  In any case the fluid inlet on the Fireblade, SP1/2 calliper is lower and at a different angle to the NC30 calliper preventing the use of the standard hose.

Carward Race Engineering is able to offer a brake hose conversion kit custom manufactured by Venhill Engineering to our own specification.

The kit consists of two, length corrected stainless steel hoses with coloured or clear plastic coating.  The hoses are fitted with removable stainless steel end fittings which ensure the hose can be fitted without any twists.  A stainless steel double, two stainless steel single banjo bolts and copper washers complete the kit.

Venhill Powerhose Plus are suitable for road and race applications and feature the following:

  • Super strong stainless steel / teflon construction

  • Self aligning stress free swivel ends

  • Plastic coating preventing scuffing / damage to painted surfaces

  • Factory fitted rubber bushes

  • Just two spanners required for an easy fit to the bike

  • Every hose hand finished and individually tested to 1500PSI
