Brake Calliper Adaptor Brackets
These Brake Calliper Adaptor Brackets allow the fitment of Fireblade (RRW onwards) and SP1/2 Callipers to standard NC30 fork legs. These later callipers feature more rigid castings, larger pistons and pads, therefore improving braking efficiency. It is recommended that a Fireblade or SP1/2 master cylinder is fitted at the same time to retain the correct feel at the brake lever. The brackets are CNC machined from billet aluminium and are supplied with high tensile socket bolts for attachment to the fork legs. These brackets are designed to work with the standard 296mm diameter discs. When using Fireblade or SP1/2 callipers new brake hoses will be required as the fluid inlet is at a different angle and lower.
